Travelling before and close to your event date

Event organisers typically issue tickets, including e-tickets, very close to the event date, often as late as the week of the event. Once the seller receives the tickets, they will be uploaded or shipped via track and traceable postal services.
You should expect to receive the tickets in the week leading up to the event.
If you are travelling before the event, or will no longer be able to receive the tickets at the address provided, you will need to update your delivery address. For instructions on how to change your delivery address, please select the relevant option below. If you are travelling before the event, we recommend you change the address on your order to the new address (e.g. a hotel) at least 48 hours before travelling. Remember, that somebody will need to be able to sign for the delivery at the address, and if this is a hotel address, please ensure you notify the hotel that they should expect a delivery in your name.
You can get a status of your order by logging into My Account, and Clicking on "Purchases" under "Buying".
If your order is en route or has been delivered, click the Green "Track Order" button to get the shipping details.
